The FraudKiller is a 32-bit apartment-threaded COM object that provides driver license validation checking and personal information extraction for the following nine states:
 

Florida
Illinois
Maryland
Michigan
Minnesota
Nevada
New Hampshire
Washington
Wisconsin
For each state supported, the FraudKiller can perform the following three operations:
  1. Using some of the driver’s personal data, construct a driver license number using the same algorithm used by that state. The FraudKiller returns a properly formatted license number to the calling application.

  2. Using some of the driver’s personal data, construct a driver license number using the same algorithm used by that state – and compare that license number with a license number you provide. The FraudKiller returns "True" or "False" string values to the calling application to indicate whether the personal information provided matches the license number given.

  3. Given a driver license number, extract some of the driver’s personal data - generally some or all of the DOB, or in the case of Nevada, the driver’s SSN. Information is returned in string format.
